Situated between Rose and Navy on the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk, The Waterfront Venice is a full-service restaurant celebrating Californian cuisine with views of the Pacific Ocean.

Design and construction of a 10,000 square foot restaurant on the Venice Boardwalk that included the expansion and rebuild of a large commercial kitchen, outdoor seating areas and hired the management team which led to $9M of sales in the first year (2019) of operations.

New MGMT. coordinated permit documents, Coastal Commission, Neighborhood, LADBS and Health Department approvals.
