Design and construction for a full interior remodel of a 7,500 square foot single family residence on over 1-acre in Santa Monica Canyon, abutting the Riviera Golf Course
Scope included architectural openings and detailing, new exterior doors and windows, new flooring, kitchen and wine room, a new guest suite, playroom, vaulted ceilings
Custom steel window design, including arched doors and pocketed systems, stone patio work to tie in with existing, new low voltage system, soft water equipment, pool plastering and deck as well as a custom tree house and pathways
