Construction Management
When a project is already conceived, permitted and ready to build, an owner/developer still needs a boots on the ground representative. A construction manager becomes the representative for all of the consultants, vendors, contractors, inspectors, adjusters and all other participants in the actual execution of the project. This manager acts in the best interest of the owner/developer to expeditiously execute the project with the desired results from all of the relevant parties. This takes time and universally time is money. Our extensive design/build background inevitably helps facilitate with discerning skill and taste.
