The Arizona apartment project included a full exterior siding, roofing and glazing renovation of a 42 unit building as a design/build project for 9 Mile Investments.
New interior finishes were provided for several units and model rooms fully furnished
Front entry, elevator and interior courtyard spaces were completely reimagined and pebbletech surfacing was applied to all of the common area walkways
